In Heycollab, you can manage you team by creating Columns for each team member as show below: Simply add individual tasks to each column. This way you and your team will have a clear understanding of who is working on what.
When assigning tasks to a member, in Heycollab you can create a board that has columns for each-day of the week and place your tasks in there, like this: Here, in each column simply place the tasks that this member should be working on. Pretty easy right?

Today, we’re excited to introduce the ability to re-order sub-tasks in Heycollab. This is super useful if you want to deem certain sub-task of higher priority than others. The way this works is by simply dragging and dropping sub-tasks. When doing so, make sure to drag from the profile picture of number of subtask.
