Heycollab is retiring September 2025: What you need to know

With a heavy heart, I want to share some important news: Heycollab will be closing its doors on September 15th, 2025.

Over the past eight years, we set out to build more than just a project management tool. Our goal was to create the only platform teams needed to collaborate—bringing together calling, messaging, task management, time tracking, and more into one seamless experience. We wanted to help businesses simplify their workflow, reduce costs, and work smarter.

Heycollab has been entirely self-funded, and we’ve poured everything into making it the best solution possible. We had ambitious plans, including the introduction of innovative AI features to make teamwork even more efficient. However, despite our passion and hard work, we weren’t able to gain the traction needed to sustain our vision.

While this chapter is coming to a close, we deeply appreciate every customer who believed in Heycollab and used it to power their work. We’ve been honored to be a part of your teams, projects, and successes.
